Off Season rates due October 1, 2010

1. Full payment is due by May 8, 2010. Any payments made after May 8, 2010 will be charged a late payment fee of $60.00 (see Rules & Regulations). No Exceptions. Full payment can be mailed in to avoid late payment fees.
2. Hydro deposit to be applied at end of season towards any hydro consumed during the 2009 camping season, any amount not consumed will be applied towards other end of season costs
3. Hydro will be metered and billed accordingly
4. Applicable taxes are not included in prices quoted
5. All rates are subject to change without notice
6. Campers cannot enter the Resort until their 2010 Seasonal Information & Compliance Agreement is completed & signed
7. Trailer Tax Assessment will be applied to assessable trailers. Assessment issues have still not been resolved and may be applicable
8. The winter storage fee paid during the previous fall will only cover you until March 15th. If notice of departure is not given by March 15th and the site is not clean with the trailer removed from premises then the full deposit is non-refundable
