N.E.T. Camping Resort - Park Rules & Regulations
  1. Full payment is required by May 1st each year. Campers cannot enter the park until their accounts are paid in full, unless they are enrolled in the payment plan. The payment plan consists of 2 payments. The first installment must be paid no later than the 2nd weekend of the season for an amount no less than ½ the seasonal rate. The second payment must be paid by June 1st in full. A charge of $60.00 late payment will be charged to all accounts not paid by the 2nd weekend of May (without exception). All seasonals can submit postdated cheques during the winter months to be applied towards the following season charges. All gate cards will be deactivated during the winter months, and will be reactivated upon full payment, and once contract is signed. (If you wish to enter the Resort to check on your trailer during the winter, you must park your vehicle outside the gate and walk to your site). Seasonal payments can be made by cheque, debit, Visa or MasterCard.
  2. The winter storage fee paid during the previous fall will only cover you until March 15th. If notice of departure is not given by March 15th and the trailer remains on the resort premises after April 15th then the full deposit is non-refundable. The site must be clean and all debris or garbage must be removed in order to have deposit reimbursed. A $25.00 administration fee will be charged for all campers not renewing season. If accounts are not paid promptly, renewal for the next season will be denied.
  3. Passes are not transferable. The names submitted on the Seasonal Information & Compliance Agreement are the only individuals that are paid to be on your site. All others must pay the applicable rates to enter the resort, whether you are present or not.
  4. Two cars per seasonal site (if room is available). These cars must be registered with the office. Other cars must park in the Picnic Area. No one is to be parked on an empty or rented site, which is not their own. All visitors' cars must display a current camping/visiting pass on their dashboard. If no pass is present, the car may be towed at the owners expense.
  5. Seasonals must carry their own insurance on their trailer and site contents for the entire year, and not just during the summer or winter months.
  6. Speed limit is 10km. Only fully licenced drivers are permitted to drive within the park.
  7. "For Sale" signs are not permitted on trailers in the park. Information and prices can be left with the office. If the park staff is involved with the sale of your trailer, a fee of $150.00 plus GST will be charged. A fee of $650.00 plus GST will be charged on the transfer of ownership (new seasonals must be approved by Management before the trailer is sold). This applies when a trailer is sold, and it remains on the site with the new owners. New trailers entering the park are subject to a $1000.00 plus GST fee. Used trailers entering the park are subject to a $500.00 plus GST fee. The pad fee for new and used trailers entering the park which are bought through Niagara Trailers or Sicard Holiday Campers will be charged to the dealership. Each camper when entering park will receive their first trailer at no charge. See office for details.
  8. A minimum of $40.00 plus GST will be charged to move trailers. New seasonals will be accommodated free of charge. If a trailer is moved, the park takes no responsibility for any damages or injuries occurred during the move. Seasonals must purchase their own insurance.
  9. Any received mail which is not for N.E.T. Camping Resort will be returned to sender.
  10. No trailer that is visually unappealing or in poor condition will be allowed into the park, or if already in the park, will not be allowed to be transferred or sold on site. Usually, trailers which are more than 15 years old are not permitted. This clause is open to management discretion. A grandfather clause applies to those trailers already on site.
  11. All seasonal sites must be kept clean and maintained at all times or an additional maintenance fee will be charged.
  12. No add-on-rooms or decks to be built or painted in the park without the consent of Management. Add-on-rooms are to be professionally done. Homemade rooms are not permitted. No curtains allowed on add-on-rooms. Builders charge to be paid to the park, is $150.00.
  13. Decks are to be no longer than the length of the trailer, and no wider than 12 feet. They are to be stained only natural wood colours.
  14. Fireworks will be permitted only on holiday weekends and in a designated area. See office for details. Anyone caught disregarding park policy will face eviction.
  15. All pets must be kept on a leash, under control, and picked up after at all times. Pets are not allowed in the swimming area. No pets are to be left alone at a site without supervision. It is the owner's responsibility to make sure that their pet has all its shots and poses no threat to the public. If these rules are not obeyed, the pet will not be allowed into the park.
  16. All children and teenagers must be accompanied by a parent to stay at their trailer overnight and they must be back on their site by 10pm.
  17. Gate cards are to be used only by the registered customer. If passing of cards takes place, the customer will be evicted! Your visitors must pay the designated fee to enter the park.
  18. Golf carts are not allowed in the park.
  19. Tampering with any park property (e.g. breakers, phones, and structures) will lead to eviction. All tree cutting is prohibited. Never tie or insert nails into trees.
  20. No digging on site unless prior authorization has been obtained by Management. There is danger of striking underground wiring and/or water pipes. If this is not followed, seasonal campers will be charged for any damages.
  21. All visitors must park in the Picnic Area and pay the applicable fee! If visitors are not able to walk to the site, it is the seasonal campers responsibility to pick them up. Visitors in for the day must leave by 9pm, and if spending the night, must checkout by 11am the next day. Any visitors that do not pay, the charges will be applied to the seasonal campers account. All visitors must pay upon check-in.
  22. Seasonal campers must bring their garbage to the bins. Garbage refers to kitchen waste and other small items and must be in plastic bags. This does not include large items (e.g. lawn chairs, BBQ's, mattresses, etc.). You are responsible for these large items and you must remove them from the park. Any garbage that does not fit into plastic bags is the responsibility of the camper. Leaves and other foliage are to be left in bags beside the bins. Do not place foliage inside the large bins.
  23. During the day, radios must be kept low. If your neighbour can hear your music, it is too loud.
  24. Quiet Time - 10pm weekends & weekdays. All children must return to their site by 10pm. Usage of the playground is prohibited after dark. Consideration for your neighbours is expected. Loud parties and profane language will not be tolerated. If a dance is taking place, quiet time is pushed to 12am.
  25. Provincial Law - You cannot drink any alcoholic beverages, other than at your residence, such as a tent, trailer, or within a 30ft radius of them. Off site consumption of alcohol is prohibited. No alcohol allowed inside the pool area.
  26. Campfires must be in pits only, and kept to a reasonable and safe size. A reminder that it is illegal to burn pressure treated lumber. No wood is to be chopped or split after the stated quiet time. No chain saws permitted.
  27. Pool Hours are usually 10am - 8pm in July & August, weather permitting. June pool hours may be reduced. No swimming after dark. The pool season runs from June 12 to the Monday of Labour Day weekend. A parent must always accompany small children when in the pool area, and remain within arms reach. Be sure to read and obey all pool rules before entering the water. Parents should explain the rules to their children if they cannot read. The lifeguards are to be obeyed at all times.
  28. Picnic Tables - Be sure to never staple, glue or permanently wrap picnic tables with any materials. If a table cloth is desired, it may be affixed to the table with clamps, which can be removed in the winter.

No cabinetry or permanent furniture structure allowed on decks (e.g. cabinets, sinks, sheds, etc.). No large permanent antennas allowed. Firewood must be piled neatly to a maximum height of 4ft and length of 4ft.
  30. Termination/Early Departure Clause: The park reserves the right to evict any individual or group without refund. If Management feels refunds are appropriate, all articles belonging to the party must exit the park and the site must be left clean and free of any debris. No deposits or refunds will be given until the site is clean. At this time a refund will be issued, worked out from the formula below. This formula also applies to seasonal campers that sell their trailer after the season has already started.
Weeks trailer on site x Weekly rate - Amount paid = Refund Amount
  31. Any individuals or groups who have been evicted from the park will not be allowed re-entry. Any seasonal allowing such persons on their site will face immediate eviction without recourse or refund.
  32. No car washing or lawn watering permitted. Trailers are to be washed during the week only due to water pressure and availability.
  33. Only white water hoses are permitted to be hooked up to the water source leading to your trailer. Remember if this is not followed, not only will your water taste strange but you might ruin your neighbours water quality as well.
  34. Sheds - Only one type of shed is permitted in the park, and only in certain areas of the park. See office for details. No electric outlets are permitted in sheds. Fences are not permitted. These sheds are available from Home Depot, Rona & Canadian Tire:
